Fielding's Local Kitchen + Bar

Fielding’s local kitchen + bar is our casual, upscale neighborhood restaurant in Creekside Park Village Green. Enjoy our dry-aged steaks, handmade artisan pasta, house-cured charcuterie, open flame pizza, and reinvented desserts. "The Watering Hole” Bar awaits you to sip over 25 draft and bottled craft beers, hand-crafted cocktails, a 130-bottle wine collection and over 200 spirits. Local was built using as many repurposed and energy efficient materials as possible. The main wood is reclaimed Douglas fir, while part of the bar is made of a reclaimed white washed wood and all booths and bar stools are recycled leather. The majority of lights are LEDs, the heating and air conditioning system is environmentally friendly and the grill itself only uses wood as its energy source. We even have a filtering water system for cooking and drinking water.
